Special Meeting
“A special meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for April 2, 2024 beginning at 2:30 pm for the purpose of discussing proposed, pending, or current litigation. The special meeting will commence, vote to enter into executive session, vote to exit executive session, then vote to adjourn. No action or vote shall be taken at executive session and no other action or votes will be taken at the meeting, other than as described.” This meeting will be held at the Senior Center, 725 State Route 55, Eldred, NY 12732
