Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Highland will hold a public hearing pursuant to section 190 of the Town of Highland Code, on the application of DKS Properties Susie & Sophie Sobol for property identified as the Town of Highland Section 18, Block 1, Lot 20. The Sobol’s have applied for a Short Term Residential Rental Permit.  Said hearing will be held on the 24th day of January 2024 at the Town Hall, 2 Proctor Rd Eldred NY 12732 at 6:00 O’clock PM, at which all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
