Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Highland will hold a public hearing pursuant to section 190 of the Town of Highland Code, on the application of Micah Burgess for property identified as the Town of Highland Section 11, Block 1, Lot 47. Mr. Burgess has applied for a Short Term Residential Rental Permit.  Said hearing will be held on the 29th day of November 2023 at the Town Hall, 2 Proctor Rd Eldred NY 12732 at 6:00 O’clock PM, at which all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
