Scheduled Public Hearings

Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Highland will hold a public hearing pursuant to section 190 of the Town of Highland Code, on the application of Max Karr for property identified as the Town of Highland Section 14, Block 1, Lot 17.14. Max Karr has applied for a Short Term Residential Rental Permit.  Said hearing will be held on the 23rd day of August 2023 at the Town Hall, 2 Proctor Rd Eldred NY 12732 at 6:00 O’clock PM, at which all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Highland will hold a public hearing pursuant to section 190 of the Town of Highland Code, on the application of Travis Steimle for property identified as the Town of Highland Section 26, Block 1, Lot 20.2. Travis Steimle has applied for a Short Term Residential Rental Permit.  Said hearing will be held on the 23rd day of August 2023 at the Town Hall, 2 Proctor Rd Eldred NY 12732 at 6:00 O’clock PM, at which all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Rebekah Wagley has applied for a Short Term Residential Rental Permit.  Said hearing will be held on the 23rd day of August 2023 at the Town Hall, 2 Proctor Rd Eldred NY 12732 at 6:00 O’clock PM, at which all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.

The Loosey Kit LLC has applied for Site Plan Approval for a Microbusiness involving cultivation, processing, and distribution of cannabis.  Said hearing will be held on the 23^rd  day of August 2023 at the Town Hall, 2 Proctor Rd Eldred NY 12732 at 6:00 O’clock PM, at which all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
