Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Highland will hold a public hearing pursuant to section 190 of the Town of Highland Code, on the application of Nina Disi for property identified as the Town of Highland Section 15.A, Block 2, Lot 9. Ms. Disi has applied for a Short Term Residential Rental Permit.  Said hearing will be held on the 25th day of October 2023 at the Town Hall, 2 Proctor Rd Eldred NY 12732 at 6:00 O’clock PM, at which all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Mr. Tkachuk has applied for a Short Term Residential Rental Permit, and his public hearing held on September 27,2023 was tabled.  Tabled public hearing will be held on the 25th day of October 2023 at the Town Hall, 2 Proctor Rd Eldred NY 12732 at 6:00 O’clock PM, at which all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
