Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Local Law #1, #2, #3, and #4 of 2021

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Highland in the County of Sullivan and State of New York, Local Law #1 of the year 2021 entitled Local Law Amending Chapter 190 Zoning; Local Law #2 of the year 2021 entitled Local Law Amending Chapter 34 Building and Energy Code Administration and Enforcement; Local Law #3 of 2021 entitled Local Law Amending Chapter 20 Adult Uses; and Local Law # 4 of 2021 entitled Local Law Introducing Chapter 140 Property Maintenance.

The Public Hearing will take place Tuesday, March 9 @ 6:30 PM at the Eldred Town Hall 4 Proctor Road Eldred, New York 12732 to hear all interested parties and citizens regarding the adoption of proposed Local Laws.

The Regular Town Board Meeting will immediately follow the Public Hearing.
