–Request For Qualifications–

Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP)

Grant Writing and Design Engineering Services

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Highland, New York is Requesting a Statement of Qualifications from qualified firms or contractors to provide grant writing and engineering services in connection with PY2023 NYSDOT Transportation Alternative Program (TAP). Bidders should be familiar with NYSDOT TAP grant program and associated program requirements for transportation projects.

The Town of Highland will rank the responses received on an evaluation of technical skills, experience, experience with similar projects, familiarity with Federal and State requirements, familiarity with the Town, and reference information. MBE/WBE businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. The Town of Highland reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to conduct interviews at its sole discretion. Responses must be received at the Town Hall by 2pm on November 27^th, 2023.
