Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Highland will hold a public hearing pursuant to section 190 of the Town of Highland Code, on the application of Andrew Kinsey for property identified as the Town of Highland Section 22, Block 2, Lot 43. Mr. Kinsey has applied for a Short Term Residential Rental Permit.  Said hearing will be held on the 28th day of February 2024 at the Town Hall, 2 Proctor Rd Eldred NY 12732 at 6:00 O’clock PM, at which all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
