Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Highland will hold a public hearing pursuant to section 190 of the Town of Highland Code, on the application of Jeremy Nachbar & Courtney Deri for property identified as the Town of Highland Section 18.-1-1.6. Mr. Nachbar and Ms. Deri have applied for a Short Term Residential Rental Permit. Said hearing will be held on the 17th day of April 2024 at the Town Hall, 2 Proctor Rd Eldred NY 12732 at 6:00 o’clock PM, at which all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
