Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Highland will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 190 of the Town of Highland Code on the application #5-2024 of Studio 55 LLC upon site plan and special use permit application for a mixed commercial/residential use consisting of a pottery studio, retail and gallery space and 2 residential apartments on property identified as Town of Highland Section 12 Block 6 Lot 12.

Said hearing will be held on the 22nd day of May 2023 at the Eldred Town Hall, 2 Proctor Road, Eldred, NY at 6:00 PM, at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
