Recessed Public Hearing on Proposed Local Law #1, #2, #3, and #4 of 2021

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE

The Town of Highland has recessed the Public Hearing that has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Highland in the County of Sullivan and State of New York, Local Law #1 of the year 2021 entitled Local Law Amending Chapter 190 Zoning; Local Law #2 of the year 2021 entitled Local Law Amending Chapter 34 Building and Energy Code Administration and Enforcement; Local Law #3 of 2021 entitled Local Law Amending Chapter 20 Adult Uses; and Local Law # 4 of 2021 entitled Local Law Introducing Chapter 140 Property Maintenance.

The Recessed Public Hearing will take place Tuesday April13 @ 6:30 PM at the Eldred Town Hall 4 Proctor Road Eldred, New York 12732 to hear all interested parties and citizens regarding the adoption of proposed Local Laws.

A copy of the proposed Laws is available at the Town Clerks Office for your viewing or on our website townofhighlandny.com.

Those who cannot attend the public hearing may submit written comments to the Town Clerk Office PO Box 138 Eldred NY 12732 or by email townclerk@townofhighlandny.com by noon on April 13, 2020.

The Regular Town Board Meeting will immediately follow the Public Hearing.
