Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Highland will hold a public hearing pursuant to section 190 of the Town of Highland Code, on the application of Drew Villano for property identified as the Town of Highland Section 15.A, Block 2, Lot 49.1. Mr. Villano  has applied for a Short-Term Residential Rental Permit.  Said hearing will be held on the 26th day of April 2023 at the Town Hall 2 Proctor Road, Eldred NY 12732 at 6:00 O’clock PM, at which all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
