Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Highland will hold a public hearing pursuant to section 190 of the Town of Highland Code, on the application of Caroline McGrath Parrilla for property identified as the Town of Highland Section 7, Block 1, Lot 51.2. Ms. Parrilla has applied for a Short-Term Residential Rental Permit. Said hearing will be held on the 22nd day of March 2023 at the Town Hall 2 Proctor Road, Eldred NY 12732 at 7:00 O’clock PM, at which all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
