Notice of Public Hearing Rescheduled
The notice that a public hearing is scheduled for December 3, 2024 at 7PM regarding a proposed resolution authorizing the Town to acquire certain real property located at 564 State Route 55, Eldred, New York 12732 was published in error. No public hearing will be held on that date and time. The Town Board will consider scheduling a public hearing on the matter for January 7, 2025.
