• Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Highland will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 190 of the Town of Highland Code on the application #1-2024 of Guillermo Morales seeking the Subdivision of certain property identified as Town of Highland Section 11 Block 1 Lot 35.1.

  Said hearing will be held on the 21st day of May 2023 at the Eldred Town Hall, 2 Proctor Road, Eldred, NY at 7:00 PM, at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard

• Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Highland will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 190 of the Town of Highland Code on the application #2-2024 of Yeshiva Ohr Shraga Veretzy, 211 Mail Road for an interpretation as to the proposed use of property identified as Town of Highland Section 15 Block 1 Lots 70.1 and 70.2.

  Said hearing will be held on the 21st day of May 2023 at the Eldred Town Hall, 2 Proctor Road, Eldred, NY at 7:15 PM, at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.

• Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Highland will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 190 of the Town of Highland Code on the application #3-2024 of Thomas and Ruth Henri for an area variance for property identified as Town of Highland Section 23 Block 1 Lot 21.4.

  Said hearing will be held on the 21st day of May 2023 at the Eldred Town Hall, 2 Proctor Road, Eldred, NY at 7:30 PM, at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
